The Treklanta Dealers Room will be held in the 1170-square foot Chastain Ballroom A on the Terrace Level (one level below street level) of the Buckhead Marriott.  Chastain Ballroom A is 30 feet wide by 39 feet deep with 11-foot ceilings.  Dealer tables are $85 each and include one full-weekend adult membership per table.  One additional membership may be purchased at half-price the regular membership rate per table.

Dealers Room Rules
1.
Dealer tables are "first come, first served."  A dealer table is reserved only upon receipt of payment.
2.
Electrical power supply expectations should be reasonable.  Each dealer who requires electricity at his table must bring his own extension cord and a surge-protected power strip.
3.
Sale of all merchandise must be legal in Fulton County and the State of Georgia.
4.
All dealers are responsible for licensing within the State and County.
5.
All trademarked merchandise must be properly licensed.  Bootlegged items will not be allowed.
6.
All Treklanta rules must be followed as stated in the program book and/or web site.
7.
Setup may begin at 12:00 p.m. on Friday, May 1, 2020, and should be completed by 7:00 p.m.  Teardown must be completed by 9:00 p.m. on Sunday, May 3, 2020.
8.
Items may not be attached to the walls.  Displays must be freestanding and cannot block the aisles or doors.  Table cloths and table skirts will be provided by the hotel and may not be removed from the Dealers Room.
9.
No illegal material, pornographic material or sexual paraphernalia may be on display.  Items that are of questionable content, as determined by the Director of Dealer Relations or Chairman, should be completely covered or removed.  Should you disagree with the Director of Dealer Relations, you may appeal to the Chairman.  The item(s) in question must remain covered or removed during the appeal process.
10.
If a problem occurs within the Dealers Room, contact the Director of Dealer Relations or Convention Security.  Do not intervene.  If necessary, the Director of Dealer Relations or Convention Security will involve the Chairman to help resolve the matter.
11.
Violation of any of these rules may result in loss of merchant privileges.  No refund will be issued.
12.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY: All dealer table sales should be considered FINAL.  Refunds for any reason shall be at the sole discretion of Treklanta management.  Refunds on dealer tables will be made ONLY if and when Treklanta can resell the table(s) to another dealer prior to the first day of the convention, and any such refund will only be in the amount of the net payment received for the resold table(s).  Treklanta shall not be obligated to make any attempt to resell a dealer table and shall not be obligated to issue any refund for any reason.  Refunds will NOT be issued to "no-shows," i.e., dealers who do not show up for the convention.
